Tax business marketing FAQs
Answers about Bower plans, websites, SEO/AEO, social content, advertising, seasonal payments and account ownership.
Plans
Is Bower an accounting firm?
No. Bower provides marketing services for tax and accounting businesses. We do not prepare tax returns through this website.
Who is Bower Local for?
An established single-office tax business that wants a coordinated website, local presence, social content and client communication service.
When should I choose Growth?
Choose Growth when you need support for up to three offices under one brand, broader paid acquisition management, more website capacity or more detailed follow-up.
Is a website included?
Yes. Local includes up to 8 pages and Growth includes up to 15. Both include SEO/AEO foundations, hosting and maintenance. Scope, access requirements and the launch schedule are agreed during onboarding.
What does SEO/AEO-ready mean?
Your site is built with accessible content, clear service information, search foundations and appropriate structured data. This helps search engines and supported AI search systems understand your public pages. Rankings and AI recommendations are not guaranteed.
How often will you post?
Two original social posts per week from May through December and seven per week from January through April. Posts are adapted for Facebook and Instagram. Growth adds one agreed channel.
Is advertising spend included?
Both plans include a $5/day Meta awareness contribution. Growth also includes management of up to $5,000/month of additional client-funded advertising spend. That additional media budget is separate from the service fee.
How do seasonal installments work?
Pay in January–April. We take care of your website and marketing for the full year. For eligible May-December starts, the separate enrollment deposit is credited to and included in the annual total, followed by four installments. Seasonal pricing is 10% higher annually. Both payment modes provide 12 months of service; there is no free off-season. See Pricing for the exact amounts.
Is monthly billing cancel-anytime?
No. The published monthly option is a 12-month service agreement paid monthly. Cancellation and any early-exit obligations are set out in your agreement.
Delivery
What do you need from our team?
Your service information, branding, appropriate account access and timely content approvals. Your team remains responsible for professional tax advice and responding to issues that need its judgment.
Do you use AI?
We use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to support efficient content and workflows. Content is reviewed before publishing. Taxpayer documents are not needed for routine marketing.
Will we own our accounts and website?
Your domain, advertising accounts, profiles and customer data remain yours. The agreement explains website transfer rights and any early-exit build balance before work starts.
Can you guarantee leads or rankings?
No. Results depend on your market, offer, reputation, competition and follow-up. We provide the agreed service and report available outcomes with clear measurement limits.
Ownership
Can I add letters or cookie gifts to either plan?
Yes. Both are optional with Bower Local and Bower Growth. Setup and scheduling are included for subscribers; letters and gifts are billed separately.
Does the $3.95 letter price include postage?
Yes. The $3.95 price includes the personalized letter, envelope and postage.
What is the total price of a cookie gift?
The total is $31.98 per box: $17.99 for six freshly baked cookies and a custom note, plus $13.99 for two-day shipping. Shipping coverage is confirmed before scheduling.
Can you send it for a birthday or holiday?
Yes. Choose a birthday, a holiday or an agreed appreciation date. We plan dispatch around the occasion. Production and carrier schedules affect arrival, so exact-date delivery is not guaranteed.
Who does the message come from?
Your office. You approve the sender name and message before production. We coordinate the send on your behalf.
