We plan around your chosen occasion. Two-day shipping refers to the cookie shipment's transit service, not the time from submitting a request. Production, carrier schedules and holidays affect arrival. Exact-date delivery is not guaranteed. Shipping coverage and fulfillment dates are confirmed before the campaign is scheduled.
Choose an appreciation program for your clients without changing your marketing package. Letters and gifts are priced per recipient and billed separately. Setup and scheduling are included for Bower marketing subscribers; fulfillment is charged separately.
Your marketing subscription and your appreciation budget are separate. We agree on the recipient count, schedule and spending cap before a campaign begins. Letters and gifts are billed as fulfilled unless you agree to a separate prepaid budget. Seasonal subscription prices do not include letters or gifts.
